Hilton Stockton Hotel, Stockton

I had a great stay at the Hilton Stockton. The hotel had spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff who truly went the extra mile. The dining experience could use some improvement, particularly due to an oddly uncomfortable breakfast encounter. However, the hotel amenities and service made up for it, and the price felt fair for what I received.

I’ve stayed at Hilton Stockton multiple times, and it’s always been my top choice when visiting the area. The staff, including Roslyn and Farisha, truly exceed expectations with their welcoming attitude. The rooms are consistently clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable, which guarantees a good night's sleep. On the downside, the soundproofing could be improved, as noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive at times. However, the value for money remains high, especially with their delicious dining options.

The hotel has a great location near restaurants and shops, making it convenient for visitors. The staff were professional and pleasant, which made the stay more enjoyable. However, the rooms could really use some updates and better maintenance, as I encountered several issues that affected my comfort. Overall, it felt like the hotel did not meet the Hilton standard I was expecting, especially considering the price I paid for my stay.
